This seasonal tea blend is made in small batches.  This is my personal blend that is designed to calm your body and excite your senses. This blend contains nettle root, peppermint, star anise, cloves, pink pepper, mulberries and cinnamon bark.  You will also receive a packet of my special seasoning blend with turmeric, ginger, sea salt, cardamom and cinnamon.  The intention is that the seasoning is steeped along with the loose tea ingredients.  You can steep in a tea pot with/without an infuser, or put the tea in a tea bag. I am a trained Ayurveda practitioner.  Each of these ingredients has been carefully selected for the highest quality, ethically sourced, organic and healthy for your body.  The overall effect of this tea of for relaxation and calm.  And, with an uplifting note provided by the peppermint.  This is a well balanced tea that you will love.
